We’ve grown up in the rock scene together and played their first-ever headlining shows. We have so much adoration and respect for them and what they do,” states vocalist Jake Scherer. “We haven’t played together in almost 2 years, but we have been coming up with a killer set list for the tour with lots of new and old songs for everyone. You never know with these two bands, there could even be a possible collaboration live on stage! It’s gonna be one hell of a night of rock n roll, that I can guarantee.” New Medicine recently wrapped up select dates on the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival playing alongside Godsmack and Seether, and is currently on a short run opening for Pop Evil in support of their recently released sophomore album Breaking the Model, via Imagen Records. The album has been getting critical acclaim and fan fare with New Transcendence raving, “…you will find it all on this album. New Medicine is rising quickly and they’re leaving all the haters in the dust!” and Cryptic Rock stating it’s, “an eclectic mix of varying avenues of rock n’ roll.” Breaking The Model can be purchased digitally at iTunes at http://tinyurl.com/BTMiTunes and at Amazon at http://tinyurl.com/BTMAmazon.
